You have to be running as local administrator to run Microcat, which is always a bad thing with windows, well, any OS really.
If you're running as a regular user you can still run Microcat by opening a command prompt and typing:
runas /user:administrator cmd
you'll be prompted for the windows admin password
Then a new command prompt window will open.
From there change the date and proceed.

Josh, looks like this the site and access to the catalog have been removed. Is there an alternate location to find it? Thanks
1. Go to green-oval.com
2. Download Microcat Parts Catalog as .nrg file

Not sure about LR factory, but vendors like Rovers North have decent online catalogs with exploded diagrams.

http://lrparts.ru

Click "in English"
Click microcat

It's all online, nothing to download and install. Not quite as full featured as microcat, but very usable.

The only problem is that Rovers North uses internal part numbers to prevent sniping of part numbers and using them to chase down pricing elsewhere.

Yeah, and for the longest time you couldn't even search RN website for Rover part numbers. At least you can do that now.

Thank you for the link, this is great. No more trying to explain to sale person what you need.
