Default are my o2 sensors bad?

at idle they fluctuate

b1 s1 = .100v to .650v at idle
b1 s2 = .200v to .700v at idle

b2 s1 = .075v to .600v at idle
b2 s2 = .600v to .700v at idle

When I go to 2000 rpms parked. they are a solid

b1 s1 = .110v
b1 s2 = .030v

b2 s1 = .035v
b2 s2 = .030v

I have codes 0171 and 0174. I sealed up the plenum. haven't redone the smoke test yet. probably still a intake/vacuum leak somewhere

mas reads around 4.0 g/s at idle 11.30 at 2k rpm

I did take the front o2 sensors out. they looked like they have been soaked/cleaned before. I cleaned them with some left over mafs cleaner. Reinstalled. no change on readings.

cleaned mafs, throttle body. iac is clean.

Engine runs great minus the disco knock.
