Default p1173 Code O2 Sensor? or somthing with a PVC hose?

Over the last two weeks I have gotten p1173 code trigger my CEL light 2x.
I have done some research on the forum and there is not a clear consensus of the fix.

First off I replaced all 4 of my 02 Sensors at 73,000 now I'm right at 99820 miles. Has anyone found a fix for this code. Rover is running fine. Idle is strong MPG is good at about 14 hwy and city combined.

I was wondering if a super slow oil leak from the drivers side rocker cover could short out that O2 over time. I have have heard that hypothesis before.
Also my right rear O2 gets slathered with grease from my front prop shaft greasing .
I know 02's are finicky in our trucks but was hopping I could get more than 25,000 mine out of mine

Here is some copy from my research:

"1173 is another 02 fault"
"P1173 Land Rover Lambda sensor aging tv bank 2Drive cycle C:Signal out of range -"
"1173, Down stream fuel trim malfunction, Bank 2, Front sensor aged- rear HO2s adaption too lean/too rich Bank 2 NAS and EU-3 only

Talk to your mechanic with the version of an 1173 code."

I would rather not throw parts at this but if it means another $75 O2. I'll go for it.

Now I'm going outside to hookup my LR Driving lights despite the 90 degree heat.

When was the last time it had a tune up?
The PCV can be completely clogged and it will not throw a code.

New Magnecore wires at 64k. Plugs were new at 79k.

Spike when you mention PVC hoses. Are those the hose(s) on the rocker covers that goes to the top manifold? The other goes to the throttle body(drivers side) basically the oil breather lines. Do both those hoses have the plastic oil separator in them. I have not cleaned them. I should buy new ones. I have heard the oil separator usually gets destroyed when removing it.

Only the right valve cover has an oil separator. The left side is just a hose. Crankcase gasses exit the engine on the right and return on the left, hence the need for the oil separator. Mine broke on removal for cleaning at 95k.

The oil separator needs to be removed and cleaned every 6 months.

Well cool I will clean that and probably buy a new oil separator since they usually break.
Its never been cleaned since 2007. I have a spare rocker cover and will give it a try tonight on extracting it. Its the only thing neglected on maintenace on my Rover except replacing the SAI fan filter foam. I've not had any leaks from that rocker cover.

Any ideas on the p1173 code... Anyone
