Transmission or somthing else
I have an 01 Range Rover Hse, and when i am holding a constant speed, normally around 45-55 mph i get a type of shuddering, almost like the truck is choking or something, the revs go down a bit then go back up, i dont have any check engine lights, so im a bit confused, i was guessing the torque converter, but thats a big expense so any other ideas would be nice, also maybe the sparks plugs and leads?? any ideas would be appreciated
Thanks =]

Could it be the shocks? They cause a shaking/shuddering anywhere from 45-60 mph when they're blown. It could also be the ball joints or tie end rods.
It won't be the torque convertor, you would have a check engine light on.
It certainly is not shocks.
I would suggest trying to make the engine throw a code.
PM me your tele number and I will be glad to walk you thru this.
