Default 100K prev. maintainence

I just took ownership of a 100K 1997 Disco SE7. Does anyone have recommendations on things I should be looking for to check/replace.

eg. fuel pump
cooling system
alternator
water pump
gaskets

I am just looking for any advice on what typically goes wrong at these mileage levels. So far there are no signs or symptoms (leaks, rough idle etc.) I just want to be prepared and prevent anything that is about to fail in the next 20K.

Lastly what is the group's consensus on spark plugs and wires for this rover.
