Default Central Locking after fitting Tow Bar

Just fitted a Land Rover Tow Bar and plugged in the electrics, replaced the relay with the new one.

I can not lock or unlock the car with the key fob now?

What have I missed? I followed the instructions step by step.

Sorry to keep bumping this up, but has anyone got a clue as to what might be my problem?

you did take out the wrong relay? That is what it sounds like or you blew a fuse.

Strange thing, removed the main Batt in the car today just to clean up the terminals and after fitting it back in, the fob is now working! Strange but its working.

Looks like CBTA works again. Funny how powering down these creatures can sometimes fix the weirdest things.

BTW: CBTA is from my tech support years. Cold Boot Try Again
