2001 d2 codes p1172 and p0160 help

my 2001 d2 is throwing the codes 1172 and 0160...its not hesitating or running badly at all, SES light came on and now i'm afraid i'm going to do damage if i dont figure out what the problem is...everywhere on here that i have researched MAF problems say that your engine will hesitate or run bad...could it be the plugs and wires need changed? dont really want to spend $200 plus on a MAF if thats not even the problem because it doesnt seem to have the symptoms. any help is greatly appreciated! THANKS!!

if there is an o2 sensor problem can it set off the MAF code as well or are they 2 totally different problems
