Default ASFIR Skid Plates - Any experiences with LR3/4 owners

Has anyone purchased, installed, used the ASFIR Skid Plates? Please check out their site below.

http://store.asfir4x4.com/merchant2/...gory_Code=LRD4

This looks like a no brainer for off roading, but wanted to see if the install is as easy as they say. Pics would be nice too. I am especially interested in seeing a picture of the side steps/rock sliders (apparently they serve a dual purpose). On the website, it looks like a shin injury waiting to happen

Thanks,
