Default 2001 HSE Climate Control Issues

Hello fellow members. I'm looking for some help working with my climate control system, on my 2001 P38. I can't seem to get any air flow out of my system. I turn the climate control module fan speed alll the way to full power and nothing. Can't seem to get the blower motors to run at all. Does anyone know the best procedure in testing. Does it sound like my module is bad? The knob does stick a little and the display is starting to fade. Any tips would be appreciated. Is there a way to manually turn on the blower motors?

Thanks, AB

Check fuse 34 and 43 in the fuse panel inside the truck. That supplies raw power to the blowers, but the BECM and the HEVAC control modules decide on what relays turn on when to make motors run. Not an easy way to straight wire the blower motors.
