Default RRC - Park break squealing

Been getting a loud squeal from underneath. After jacking up the rear end and moving around the drive shaft it appears that the housing/ drum that surrounds the parking brake is the cause. Has anyone experienced this? Doesn't look like there's any nipple to lube it up. Tried adjusting it with no change in noise. Doesn't appear to be much info on this topic out there. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks guys!

sure its not the bearings in the transfercase causing the noise.
