I am looking to move into a 110 V8 and I am loving the styling of the the CE, but I cannot find a definitive list of what is different in the Carpathian Edition vs. the 110 V8? The JLR website "comparison" tool is not useful (it shows all the same features except for the interior cloth) and all the video reviews are a review of every feature. Besides the exterior paint combo and the interior coverings, what are the primary differences? I know each vehicle can have a lot of different optional config, but what makes a CE a CE?

Other than exterior paint and interior coverings, there are no mechanical differences.

• Carpathian matte grey polyurethane wrap finish
• Black contrast roof, hood, and tail door
• Xenon blue brake calipers
• Interior Windsor Leather, Miko Suedecloth, Alcantara wrapped steering wheel and illuminated tread plates (same as V8 ??

Any early feedback on the PU film that JLR uses? Will it hold up for 6+ years parked in the SoCal sun?

 

If it bubbles up it is covered under warranty. Mine had a spot in the front that the dealership discovered during routine check up and they sent it for replacement. I don’t know if I would’ve seen it tbh so I’m glad they did it proactively.
