2020 Defender SE Touchscreen not working

Our Defender is about a month old. Started it up this morning and the touchscreen/infotainment unit won’t turn on. Tried to turn off and restart car but doesn’t turn screen on. Any advice or guidance is welcome

You might try a reboot. With the vehicle on, push and hold the power button for twenty seconds.
