Default 2021 defender coolant pipe leaking at head above exhaust manifold

2021 defender 110 p400 coolant leaking from a small pipe above the exhaust manifold. Looks to be an easy replacement but I can not identify the part # to order a pipe or o-ring kit. I have the tag from the part but can not seem to cross reference it to anything of use. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't really remove the pipe and go on a hunting mission all over town for the o-ring as the car is needed every day

Hmm. Good mystery. If it is what you have pictured there,...

I could not find it on any of the COOLING SYSTEM diagrams here --https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic...nd/land-rover/. (P400, cooling system parts diagrams) But I’ll be darned if they didn’t put it here on the P400 CYLINDER HEAD diagram lol -- https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic...nd/land-rover/

Hose is # LR121400
2 bolts that hold it on are LR073655

I cannot tell if it comes with the o-rings or not, but they are annoyingly *not* listed separately on the diagram. The o-ring (s) is technically inside the box for the hose so hopefully that means they are included?

Good luck !

Thank you. Now my question is what do the numbers on the tag mean?

That’s a great question. I don’t really know the answer. But....

The date is the only one that I think is of use. The rest - I think it’s all manufacturing nonsense. I have heard - anecdotally - it is internal production codes for build in the factories -- for just in time manufacturing processes. I’ve tried scanning those QR codes. Never works. I’ve also tried to attempt to match those letter-number codes to the LR part numbers. Nothing ever really comes up. Ie I havent cracked the code.

I browse parts online on ebay and lots of sellers seem to think that these codes are the LR part numbers, btw. Not the case. LR assigns a separate part number from those codes sometimes labelled on the actual part there.

Makes no sense to me really.

Sometimes I think how easy it would be as an owner/consumer to scan a part’s QR code when you need to replace it, get the JLR part #, and order it?
You would think that would be the case...

I need to order the pipe as well. Do you ever figure out if you can just get the o-rings?

I top it off every week. I'd say about 4-6oz per week. I replaced the turbo coolant o-rings last month, but still smelled coolant, so found this leaking pipe too. Seems like the orings are all going around 80k miles. Anyway I ordered a new pipe, as the dealer said they don't sell the orings separately.

Is that the difference between MIN and MAX? I don't see any coolant stains on the turbo side of the engine, just the intake side.

yeah it pretty much gets to MIN every week. All my leaks were on the turbo side. I can upload a diagram of the intake side this evening so you can see what you're dealing with. There's quite a bit of hoses on that side. You can always pressure tester kit and see where it's leaking from. Something like this https://a.co/d/30FZNn3

You're pretty much dealing with everything other than #1,2 and 3 if it's close to the intake...

Or the Charge air cooler, which sits on top and has 4 coolant lines...
