Haha I like Georgie, Simon just always refers to him and it's just so funny for some reason.

Powerful UK wrote back to me and said they are unaware of any change in KVM module for 2023.

I can program the activity key. Mark 323-237-9773 but you have to visit me in Los Angeles.

BMW does it better with a simple key card that looks like a credit card. Swipe it near the door handle to unlock the door. Place it on the phone charger to start the car. Simple to use, easy to carry and no recharging required.
This is not the experience with mine, in fact it's the total opposite. It lasts quite long on a charge and works pretty seamlessly. I don't often use the screen which is a little slow but instead like a fob in my pocket and proximity locking with the button on the handle. I'm very happy with it.

It had been ordered with the sellers D90, but he didn't want it, and I'm sure it would have been initially programmed to his Defender. I made sure it was the North American frequency version and during my new '22 D110's PDI and initial setup at the dealer, they were able to get it paired and works perfectly. No extra hardware needed to be installed. They didn't even charge me and only took them 20 minutes. My salesman kind of just took care of it for me (we had a good working relationship... heck he even helped me install the roof-rack so I didn't have to pay them to do it!)

I'm a runner and for years have put my LR4 smart key in a ziplock and hide it under a rock... always worried someone might see me and come grab it. So I've really enjoyed my Activity Key. I hide my smart key in the vehicle, strap the AK to my wrist, lock the vehicle and head out with no worries! I wear my Garmin on one wrist and the AK on the other. Its light and not even noticeable. Worried about its durability, I cut a clear piece of screen protector vinyl over the screen and changed the band for an elastic/velcro sports band and its GREAT! Sure its ugly, but it serves its purpose.

I use it about 4-5 times a week and charge it about once month.
I just bought an Activity Key from an eBay seller. It's the "L8B2-15K601-AC" model works on the 315 MHz, matchs frequency on my Canadian MY23.5 110X. The seller claims it came with his/her 2021 Jaguar F-Type.
So, I wonder since yours was previously belong to another vehicle, did you have to do anything such as reset or deactivate it before sending it to the dealership for programing?

Mine is actually a Range Rover one, or at least that is what it says on the screen. It programmed up and works great. Now the big odyssey was getting the dealer to do it. All kinds of can’t answers, all wrong (more than one dealer). Finally they gave me the cannot install customer supplied parts. Luckily I had my order and the emails about not being able to supply it. So my answer to that can’t was; if you could have you should have. They did it plus $245 to pay for an hour of labor.

I like it better than the fob for sure.
