Can you confirm if this is the case of MY23+ as well? I've asked my dealer about retro fitting the screen and he said it's not possible due to warranty issues. I'm not buying it as I'm seeing shops in the UK doing the job. The only vendor on the east coast is Sarek, but he's in VA so that's quite a hike for me from FL. I did reach out to him and he confirmed that it should be possible, but they haven't done that particular retrofit yet.

 

Dealer would not touch that job, but the right shop definitely would. See no reason why it would not be plug, flash and play.

There must be a big change in 23 - the stateside Manhart dealer cannot update the 23's locally.

 

Interesting. I reached out to Precision Sport Industries in Orlando to see if they can help but haven't heard back. They are also a Manhart dealer.
Hopefully some of the vendors here can chime on on 23 challenges.

It remains to be seen - roughly two months to confirmed build date, but the only thing I could not order was the enhanced headlights for my D90S ordered today. Details in my "Lucky day?" thread.

 

Any idea on whether coding will be needed to put in the "new" cluster? It's pulled from an L494. Am wondering whether the vehicle graphics will need to be changed and if there would be issues if the my car's mileage is lower than that of the "new" cluster from the donor car.
