2023 Defender Problem Engaging Drive from Neutral

l tried this today on my 2022 90 and it will engage Drive from Neutral while moving at
speed, without touching the brake.
lt may be a market thing, legislation in the US might demand that the brake pedal has to be pressed.
l am in the U.K.
lt may be possible to change the settings using GAP or other similar tool.
