Apparently my 2025 Defender was delivered to Baltimore Harbor last week. The ship arrived in the Harbor and moved moorings 3 times, and left the harbor last Wednesday. My car will be delivered to the Fields JLR dealer in Asheville NC. Today is 7 days since the ship departed the harbor to continue down the east coast toward Georgia, so theoretically my car was back in Baltimore to be loaded on a truck.

The delivery date has been moved from 12/20 to 11/29, but I’m wondering where the car is now. Is there any way I can get a status update without continuing to hound the sales person?

I work in import logistics, so I can help provide some insight. Once the container is discharged from the vessel, the terminal needs to make the container available for pickup (there is also a slight chance of a random customs hold that may delay this process further). After it is available, there needs to be a pickup appt and destination delivery appt. Anywhere along these lines, you may see a potential delay of 1-3 days. If you have the container number, I may be able to track the current location (unless it's already been unloaded from the container).

With the vessel name (Polaris Highway), I can only see what you already know (that it left Baltimore on 11/13). Assuming your vehicle was offloaded there, it's somewhere in the US. Without the container number, I can't help you any further unfortunately.
