Default 22" All Terrain Tires that fit with Air Suspension

I have a D110 P400 with air suspension & 22” factory wheels. I’d like to put on some all-terrain tires that will work well in winter (more on-road than off-road). Has anyone fitted 22” Nitto Ridge Grapplers, and will these + 30mm spacers work with no rubbing?

Any recommendations on a better tire for winter that still has the look of the Grappler?

I have 22” factory wheels, and I changed to Nitto Terra Grapplers 285/45r22. They look much better than the stock Continentals but are slightly louder on the highway. No rubbing even on the lowest height setting.

As previously pointed out, 22” wheels/tires are really not good for off rode use. I have a set of factory 20” wheels with Goodyear all terrain tires that I swap on if I want to go off road.

Awesome, thanks. And no, my Defender doesn't go too far off road so these should be good.

Anyone use these in the winter?

There are actually all-terrains in the factory size available. I believe the Cooper Discoverer AT# and the Bridgestone Trail Terrain, both severe snow service rated. The Bridgestone is a bit of a newer tire so it probably has the latest and greatest tech. Either one would be better than the factory junk for snow.

285/45/22 is not an issue. adding those 30mm spacers will most likely rub with no lift. that will most likely push your net offset to around 10-12. wheels will sit flush with the fenders, fronts will poke a little and look great but expect to rub

offset of the wheels is the biggest cause of rubbing

a 1 to 1.5 inch lift should fox any rubbing issues
