For those who are interested if the subject tyres will fit or not to 2021 P400 X-Dynamic HSE i can confidently say YES they will!
After contacting a number of people around the globe (Instagram), screening the tuning specialists like Chelsea Truck Company, Sterling Automotive, Heritage Customs, Revere London, Urban Automotive etc., i had finally installed 275/55 R20 on the original LR wheels today. No rubbing at all, without any interfering (no rods, no lifting) to the factory settings.
It should be also mentioned that people (also some on that forum) who did claim that 265/60 R20 BFG did fit without rubbing .... admitted that on the full turn on the tyre it does rub after all (picture attached). In process Factory Pirelli Zero Scorpion 255/60 R20 vs. Aftermarket BFG KO2 275/55 R22 Result 265/60 R20 .... marks from rubbing 265/60 R20 ... no heavy scuffing or anything broken, but does look to touch it
Slightly noisier (when driven on highways ~120 - 130 kmh) than Pirellis, which is obvious. As to the ride quality, i had driven them only for about 30km overall .... so far so good.
The dimensions among the 3 tires aren't hugely different which means we're much closer to rubbing with stock than I realized. I'm now wondering if the vehicle's ability to flex is limited by this space or if raising the air suspension creates enough extra clearance between tire and body. (For the sake of appearance I wouldn't get a body lift to address it anyway)

Can you give us your thoughts after more miles? I have the stock off road tires and do like the handling and such but want to get something more aggressive for off road. I have on my Tacoma 4*4 and I like, but, they sure made the ride a little softer and I wonder if that translates to spongey or less precise feeling on the Defender. Thank you!

As advised by vehicles tyre pressure monitoring system: ~2.4 front & 2.6 rear, but i guess that is a good question ... as the tyres are different to the stock
