I'm running 265/60R20 Falken Wildpeaks on my Defender, and after 18k miles, I dislike them more and more. Was waiting for the OEM 255/60R20s to arrive in August, but this is seriously tempting. Miss seeing you on the gram and hope to see you at another owner's day once the LRE Biltmore opens back up! Hope you and the family are doing well!

Hey Alex! Yeah, I ditched social media for good hahaha. Been staying away from curated events as well but I did compete in the red clay rally with my LR4 last September, we got 4th place! I will have to hit up an owners day though. Miss seeing you!

Glad to hear you're well! I'll shoot you a text and we should catch up soon! How do you feel the KO3s compare to the KO2s in the rain? I've driven my buddies JL Wrangler on KO2s in the rain and they were awful. Another friend of mine runs KO2s on his Lexus GX and said the same thing.

I was very happy to see the KO3s will be available in OEM sizes, including the 19" wheels.

Haven't tried them in the rain yet, hoping to soon because we need it. I'll let you know!

Your truck looks great! I love the look of the 20" wheels and those tires.

I just put on Falken AW4 275/60/20 and used the Gap tool for a small lift although I saw no rubbing at normal height.

Do you have the AW3 or AW4? I find the AW4 better in rain vs the KO2s. It is also quieter. The KO3s were not yet available and I always wanted to try Falkens because of how they perform in rain and snow.

I have the AT3. They were good in the rain and snow the first winter I had them, but this past winter they were nowhere near as good as they were, and the wet grip has diminished significantly. The unfortunate thing is that they're wearing quite slowly, so its hard to justify throwing away tires with this much tread left, but they're a lot worse in the wet and snow. A few weeks ago I was on a road I go down somewhat frequently and the tires list grip going a like 7 mph over the limit, and I came closer than I'd like to admit to crashing into the curb. After almost 20k miles, they really shouldn't be this bad. Plus, they got A LOT louder after my first tire rotation.

Apparently KO3 is supposed to have much better wet grip than KO2, and the reviews seem to confirm that. I'll probably have to get new tires before this upcoming winter, so I'll most likely be going with the OEM size KO3. I'm sure the AT4s are better overall, but these AT3s have started to put a bad taste in my mouth.

Did you need the spare tire spacer shown in the Lucky8 shot above? I’ve got a 130 and been waiting for these to drop to put on my 1.5” lift.
