Default 275/60 R20 - Need to change rear carrier?

For those of you who have changed your tires to 275/60 R20's (K02's or Nitto's) - did you need to get an adaptor or modify your rear tire carrier? Thanks.

No issues on mine with that size. I did notice after mounting the larger tire on the back that I see a tiny bit of it at the top of the backup camera. Not sure if it is because of the larger size, or if I just hadn't been paying attention before. Regardless it isn't a problem at all.
