What do you guys hate about your Defender and why do you still love it?

 

In summary, this guy thinks the squeaking rubber door seals are actually body panels moving around, bought a color he doesn't like, forgot to order the trailer hitch and wants you to buy some PPF film protection product for your dash screen and guage cluster. You know, for when you drive backwards at high speed with the sunroof open and road debris hits your dashboard.

 

Lol yeah... title feels very clickbaity when 3/5 of his "hates" are because he bought the car in his least favorite color and without two of his must-have options.

The rubber door seal noise happens on all our vehicles to one extent or another, and the fix is usually little more than Gummi Pflege/Sonax on the rubber and cleaning the parts of the body where the rubber makes contact.

 

Must be a new flavor of that popular ‘Millennial Whine’. They seem to love being in front of a camera. Most important thing is, please don’t film yourself while driving your vehicle. If you don’t care about your own safety, please respect those of us on the road that do care about our safety. Taking your eyes off the road that often while operating a vehicle is dangerous and reckless. Besides the fact that he is using this forum, and our contributors and followers to ramp up his clicks and followers to make $$$ off of us. Shouldn’t be allowed IMHO.
