75th Anniversary 110 Height with Expedition Rack
Good afternoon! I am new to the forum as I just purchased a 75th Anniversary 110. I saw quite a bit of questions regarding the height with the factory expedition rack. My office parking garage has a 6'8 (Six foot, eight inches) clearance for the entrance which I've confirmed to be measured exactly.
With the height set to access mode, there is around 1/8-inch clearance, maybe a bit more. In turn, the height is slightly under 6'8 (YMMV).
Hopefully, this helps some of you out!

The center screen will show you the height and dimensions of your car at different ride heights. I think the rack is another 2 inch (I have front runner). But I just look at the screen and then measure the added height of the rack.
I have seen 110s in a 6'8 garage with a rack but its very close. I am not sure if they lower the car before going in as well.

I always allow 7' for a safety margin. This rules out some parking structures (particularly at airports) but I know from experience that the listed heights are not always accurate and do no include things like illuminated signs, sprinkler heads, etc.
Even with never going into a garage signed at less than 7' I have picked up a couple of gouges on the rear of the expedition rack from some lower hanging points.

I have a 110 on coils, no roof rack. When I enter the Philadelphia Airport parking garage (posted height limit 6'2"), the antenna fin bumps the PVC pipe that hangs down to warn you you're too high. I stick to the spiral ramps and go all the way to the roof and park outside; I've never tried parking on one of the lower decks. I really don't want to have to let most of the air out of my tires just to back out of my parking space.
So... be careful.

With suspension at normal height it's about 82" to the rack. With the suspension at access height it's 79 3/4". So as others have said, a 7' (84") garage is probably safe but I'd still drop it to access height for an extra margin of safety.
Haven’t measured myself, but the quoted height of the defender is to the top of the antenna. So it might only add 2 inches to the total height, despite sitting 4+ inches above the roof.
