About jump seat and surround sound
#2
I have the jump seat in a two row 110 configuration.
The novelty is fun, and in a pinch being able to carry a sixth person could be nice (it is tight though).
But for me the two big benefits are:
1) It creates a full divider when up, which is nice if you have a dog that likes to jump around the car.
2) My wife is shorter, so has to slide the seat forward when driving. In most vehicles this means she is too far forward to use the arm rest on the center console. But the jump seat creates an arm rest that goes almost all the way to the dash. This is the only car she has driven where she can actually use the arm rest.
If you get the jump seat you definitely want the rear view mirror camera. It used to come as part of the bundle. Not sure if that is still the case.

I'm looking to buy (when I can find a dealer that will take a deposit for an MSRP maximum sale, but thats another story) One of the main attractions of the Defender is that jump seat. I cannot abide any vehicle that doesn't allow me to move my right leg position by more than a few degrees (LHD USA) when on a long journey as most vehicles have overly large center consoles (to give the driver a cockpit feeling?). The 6 seat Land Rover has the greater room and I also have the dog problem. Ours either wants to ride up front on long journeys (hence the jump seat would be the dog seat) or conversely when in the back we don't want her climbing up the center console when she has had enough being on her own.
