Default Whats clicking under the seat??????

Encountered a strange problem the last couple of days in my 99 RR HSE
As soon as I open the drivers door and wake up the system, something under the passenger seat starts clicking rapidly. Sounds like some sort of relay going crazy! I have stuck my had under the seat and have not been able to feel it clicking. I have been able to get it to stop by playing with the power seat switch. It seems that when I push the recline lever forward it stops clicking. As soon as I release the lever it starts up again.

Can someone please help?

Sounds like you may have a bad switch or seat relay under the seat. Put your hand on the seat motors and see if you can feel anything.

Can you reprogram the memory seat or shut off the memory seat option?

If that doesn't work, have your wife or girlfriend sit there and feel the underneath of her seat. You might enjoy that one more and not even notice the clicking anymore...
