Default Air temperature in front doesn’t match the back

If I set my 2 zones to 76 to warm up then 5 minutes later knock down to 69 the backseat air stays hot for another 30 minutes before getting to the 69 temp. Any ideas again 2zone 2020 defender 110 I don’t have a rear zone but I’m guessing it should put out whatever the front is set to.

thanks
aa

Check out my post here. https://landroverforums.com/forum/20...t-back-116478/ Curious if this is similar to what you're seeing. Mine was all over the place but mainly what I would see is if I had the AC lower than 68 it would be cool in both front and rear. If I raised it above 68 it would still be cool in the front but extremely hot in the rear (130 degrees). At this point its been in the shop for a month for this issue and they are replacing the entire HVAC system.

A whole month? Is JLR giving you anything for your troubles? About 15 years ago I had a VW Passat and it had front brake issues. The dealership couldn’t get parts then so they kept it for 3 weeks so I called VW of America to complain and they offered to cover my payment for the month.

Ya, I have gotten the front skid plate, hood sticker, and paint touch-up in the front for it. Honestly, I am in a brand new Velar and drive lots of miles so it probably saved me 1000-1500 miles on my car which I am happy about.
