As noted, BMW has Vehicle Processing Centers where they can fix issues. Most of their vehicles destined for the southeast go through the VPC at the Spartanburg SC plant where obviously they are "as capable".
Yes, like the vpc in New Jersey for the northeast.

Where do you get the information for which ship it's on? Dealership salesperson?
Mine won't even be built until July, just curious where I'll be able to get tracking information then.

Since mine is still waiting for assignment, I don't know yet. My salesman will know as soon as it is (assigned).

Mine was built on 4/5/23 and sat at the port until 4/27/23. Must be a backlog as mine sat through 1 ship leaving before the one it was on (Hawaiin Highway). Arrived at the dealership late Saturday night (5/20/23) and picked it up yesterday (5/22/23).

My D90S was built 4/21 but now shows "Delivery Date 6/16". That used to be 6/9.

"The Waiting is the Hardest Part"...

I wouldn't take any of this as definitive. Porsche showed my 911 stuck in Baltimore when it was sitting in my garage.

Well, seems awfully realistic. My BMW 430i last year was maybe 25-48 hours behind real-time. Vista2? Who knows...
