That's what I needed to know. I'll put Hakkapelittas or Blizzaks on my shopping list

Try to find the Hakkas first. The tiny sipes that stop you on ice are far deeper on the Hakkas. They also have a wear indicator that reads 8-6-4-snowflake symbol. Once the snowflake wears off, it's time for new tires. I usually get a new set once the "4" wears off.

The Blizzaks have more shallow sipes and turn into all season tires once half-worn.

I also don’t think there are Blizzaks that fit…

Continental Viking Contact - lots of snow and ice in my area last few days, so far they seem good.
