Hi All! I picked up my 2024 110 S today and so far I am in love. One gripe.... when I test drove 1-2 weeks ago I drove a 130 S as they did not have any 110s on the lot and when I connected apple music via bluetooth, apple maps was also displayed on the drive gauge cluster. Issue is, this is not happening on my 110 rather it is only showing the standard land rover maps from the Pivi system. I connected my car to my home wifi and when I click on software update it shows me blank info on last update and does not prompt me to perform any updates.

I read that the recent update should have apple maps on the gauge cluster so is there a way for me to get this update ASAP?

 

Maybe it’s regional. Cause my D130 doesn’t have Apple Maps on the gauge cluster. Even with the latest update.

 

Even weirder, Apple Maps has recently stopped showing up in my gauge cluster after the last update. Did they discontinue?

 

I have not found any option to change maps (Pivi, Google, Apple or Waze) but this is what happened to me.
When I got my car on 2/15 (CPO 2023. Pivi updated to 4.1.4 and stating that the lastest one for my car on Pivi screen - not sure why I didn't get 4.3.0 yet).
1. It stated with Pivi Map facing north. But when I use Pivi navigation and stopped, it shows Pivi map facing direction of travel.
2. About a week later, I noticed map changed to Apple Map facing north. When I use Apple Map for navigation, it shows direction of travel on dashboard but Pivi screen shows full direction, not typical apple map with arrows and ETA stuff.
3. I saw Waze map showing full map so I downloaded latest Waze and used navigation. It shows up nicely then now my dashboard is only showing Waze map.

I have no idea and trying to find out how I can select which map to show on the dashboard using direction of travel...

I'm hoping to get some answers from this forum.

 

Confirming that Apple Maps is def still there in the instrument cluster -- with Pivi 4.3.1 (or whatever the latest version is that installed in late Feb 2025), and the latest IOS.
