Do you guys have any way to download the XM back? Don't want to go visit the dealer, 90 miles away.

 

Have you tried resetting Pivi Pro yet? That often works wonder for missing / grayed out / unresponsive apps and icons.

 

How do you reset it?

 

While idling and stationary, press and hold the on/off button of the infotainment system for about 20 seconds, until the touchscreen and digital instrument cluster go blank. Release and wait a good 2 to 3 minutes for all the icons, maps, etc to repopulate the screens. Hopefully XM will be back.

 

I reset it to factory which deleted all info. I had to add profile again. Xm would show up at times, then would disappear.

 

Resetting it with the on/off button should not affect any info or stored profiles. Nothing should be deleted, it's like rebooting a computer.

 

Update: texted my dealer and they will try to find a fix. Reset the settings to factory(pretty much erased everything). So had to create profile again. Xm appeared briefly then remained on after. Just going through the same process is just a PITA but Xm is back. Even if didn't have Xm, I still have Xm in my phone but better it shows in the car since it's a paid one,
