Default AussiLanders Towing a Kimberly

How competent do you think the 300 Series gas turbo 4 will tow a properly loaded Kimberly Platinum Trailer. Will it be a struggle?

Also the D110 option says: Tow Hitch Receiver. (what is that)?

That's where you slide in and pin a ball mount for a trailer.
You need that if you want to tow a trailer.

What I mean is will it be a 2' Square receiver, because my Kimberly has TreGG.

U.S is a 2" standard size on half ton trucks/suvs.
They are larger on 3/4 ton trucks

My guess is who should be fine at 1360 KG (3000 lbs) fully loaded? I suggest you make sure you get the towing package -- not just the receiver. The towing package includes some additional cooling (or some such under the hood).

Also, ordering the off-road package gets you the locking differential and Goodyear off-road tires, which I think you will definitely want if you will be towing off-road.

These are the same items I ordered on the P300 S which I hope will effectively replace my 2011 LR4 (D4) ( which does NOT have the locking rear differential !! -- a definite mistake on my part).

Cool, I have ordered the off-road package (w/locking differential & off-road tires).

thanks
