The market for (more higher priced) Defenders is definitely softening.

 

My understanding from a local dealer is that these were being sold new for a $100,000 markup. CRAZY

 

Finished over $160K + 5% transaction fee so, $168K. That's still $60K over sticker, so market not too soft yet.

 

I must say I really looked forward to watching that movie for quite a few months and when it finally landed on amazon it was quite the disappointment that Mr. Bond wasn't even driving it. lol

 

Yeah. Defenders had their *** handed to them by a Toyota Land Cruiser. Not sure who at JLR signed off on that.

Movie sucked *****. So slow.

 

I like how all of the final bids ended in 007. Bespoke, indeed.

 

I love the winning bid: $160,007... Yeah, the movie bit. And the Defenders were the bad guy cars chasing Bond in a Toyota! Don't know why they have so much branding if it wasn't even the vehicle James was driving....(we're on a first name basis. He calls me Grouse...00K9)
