Oy vey!
So I don’t want my Defender to look effete and metro-sexual. I dare say that gay people who buy a Defender want the same thing. Or else they’d buy an effete, aerodynamic metro-sexual looking SUV with no exposed spare tire, like most people drive.
And for the record, “metro-sexual” is by definition specifically not gay. The word exists to indicate guys who wear tight pants and slick themselves up but are not gay. Otherwise, you would say “homosexual.”
Hope that helps!
Cheers.

I've been meaning to ask if you have any recommendations for a couple of trails around there? My son is playing Madlife Studios in a couple months so we'll be there.

Not much around here, unfortunately. That's why I go out west.
Tray Mountain Road is fun and pretty, but nothing very challenging.
Beasley **** OHV Park is a state-run free experience with some big challenges.
Georgia Offroad Adventures, formerly Durhamtown, near Athens, has a ton of trails, and they rent side-by-sides and dirt-bikes and ATVs as well. Not all that challenging but a lot of trails.
All these are about 90 minutes from Atlanta.

One thing I noticed on the pics that were circulating on Instagram is that there's a horizontal bar across the front - not a brushbar like the Aussie market one, but a stronger front end protection piece over the number and radiator and under the lights. I'm hoping that this might be something that Bowler or JLR might make available in the future or maybe someone else can create a replica.

Spare tire delete kit. Personally don't like it but hey, everybody has to have their own Defender.
