Interesting that the flush is so soon. I'm used to doing it at least yearly on track cars with high temp fluid but only after multiple years on "normal" cars with regular DOT3 or 4 fluid. We'll see what it looks like on the first bleed! Not a huge deal with a Motive bleeder...

I was surprised as well, but did it just in case. I tested the fluid and it had 0% water and looked new.
My son’s civic also recommended a brake flush at 2ish years according to the maintenance minder in the dash.

Just completed a brake flush, used JLR fluid... which seems to have more than doubled in the past year. Did the same sequence as mentioned above by @jarblaz.

Is there a computer reset interval for brake fluid? I keep records of my work, but would be good to reset the computer if it can be. I know how to do it for oil interval, but not sure on brake fluid...

I'm not aware of any reset to the brake interval in the system. My Honda Civic has a simple menu in its PIVI. The Defender does not. I'm almost due my 3rd flush in a 1000 miles or so. No brake message as ever appeared.

Good thing I keep my own records.
