Default Built in Air Compressor

Hi Guys, does anyone know where I can buy just the coil hose for the built in compressor? It didn't come with my car for some reason. Thank you

Are you sure it's not hidden under the floor board where the jack is kept? Mine was hidden there.

It should be in your car. Did you buy a preowned one or a new Defender? If new, check with the dealer you bought it from as they may have forgotten to put it back in the car. If you bought a preowned Defender, your best bet is to order one from a LR dealership.

To be honest, I didn't think of checking under the floor board, I will later tonight, thank you.

I just checked the floor board, and nothing is there. Am I missing something else? it looks like there's some empty spaces?

1. This is where your jack is supposed to go
2. Tow eyelid (on newer models I believe it comes fixed standard, so no longer needed here)
3. Wheel locking/security nut thing
4. Fuel filler cap reset thing (for diesel models only, but also no longer needed I believe?)
5. A big black hard case for your towbar attachments and a soft black bag for your compressor hose.

Wow! thanks for this, I will go to the dealer and see if they can help me with that. This forum is the best!

So today I went back to the dealer I purchased my used Defender, talked to sales person, which told me, the coil hose doesn't come with the car?? really? and then parts department told me, if I want to get the hose, I need to purchase the whole package with the compressor, they do not sell it seperatly, it just blew my mind and I got very angry and left.

They also told me to go and find one from after market stores!! wow. so now I need to find it, if anyone has any info or have done it, please let me know. Thanks guys.

If I were you, I'd go back to the dealer and speak to the manager. Sales folks will just follow the path of least resistance. With that said, I have never seen the LR onboard compressor live but I would think it's a standard air hose quick connect plug in which case plenty of options for you to procure it (here's an example). If non-standard, then find out who the actual manufacturer of the compressor is and check on their site.
