Buying a Defender without a markup?
My car just got in - 2023 Defender 110 X-Dynamic SE - I ordered on 1/6/23. I am out of town so have not been able to see it but will pick it up next week. They have stayed true to the MSRP but I did see 2 charges thay they added: 1) Appearance Protection, 2) Dent Protection Both priced at $639, not sure what this is? I will inquire before I pick up the vehicle but has anyone else seen this?

Same thing happened to me at MT. Kisco. Reviewing the invoice found the shenanigans and politely and clearly indicated I was not interested which they promptly removed without question.

The options were: Auto Nation Appearance protection - apparently some coating inside and out called paint guard for exterior and fiber & leather guard for interior....The dent protection one was unlimited removal of small dents for 3 years.
