Cabin air ionization vs Cabin air ionization with PM2.5 filter
I will mostly be driving alone with occasional front passenger and once in a while rear passenger so i don’t plan on adding 3-zone climate control. But i am intrigued by the cabin air ionization option and it seems that in order to have that i would need to add 3-zone climate control as well.
does anyone have any experience with the air ionization technology in car cabin, is it worth it?
Is the PM2.5 filter worth it?
does either of them add costly maintenance down the road?
thanks!

I cant speak to maintenance. I'm nearing 6k miles with no issue, but I would think there would need to be some filter changes at some point.
We have the PM2.5 filter and it's pretty remarkable how little of the outside world seems to come into the cabin when the windows are up. Living in the city, we find it of practical use.
