I have my 2021 X-Dynamic HSE with canvas roof option. At build time I added the expedition rack (with no prohibitions). However, I note in the user manual that there are notes about incompatibility with cross rails & racks. Since install of my rack is delayed due to availability I asked my dealer to verify that it's an OK combination.

Does anybody have a canvas roof option and expedition rack or LR cross rails?

 

This is the combination I ordered as well. I don't think there is any restriction, however the canvas roof will lose some of its appeal while the rack is on the vehicle which is why I am wondering if the aero bars themselves be removed 1 at a time? I ask because I’m thinking for me it may be easier to leave it on all the time but remove the first few bars in order to enjoy the full opening of the fabric roof.
