Default Checker Body Protection Kit

Can someone tell me more about the Checker Body Protection Kit? It’s nearly impossible to find anything about this (so it seems). The LR site only shows the mirror. Could anyone with this option please tell me how you like it, and would you recommend? And even better if you could post some pictures. Much thanks!

Here is a video that shows all the parts and the install procedure,
. I am curious if it will work with the satin wrap I have on my Defender, will it adhere properly?

There's a separate kit called the "wheel arch trim kit" that is installed just in front of the front and back wheel arches. I found the following photo on powerfuluk's web site. Interestingly, it doesn't look like you can add these if you have the extended arch covers.

The plates are plastic and sold as two separate sets.

I installed the back corners myself and it was pretty simple. Just have to make sure the clips align when you push them in, just like powerfuluk videos demonstrate on YouTube. I’m waiting for it to get warmer to put on the wheel trim and back bumper plates myself. I’ll upload photos when it’s done. I’m leaving off the side mirror plates just due to personal preference

I like this kit but don't think it complements the XD line well given the glossy lower trim since the kit is essentially matte black. I would however purchase just the rear bumper protection piece if it were sold separately so my dog doesn't scratch up the rear bumper getting in and out like he has done on my 330ix wagon.

Defenders are selling really well. Which means the various off-road companies will likely start manufacturing steel or aluminum diamond plate pieces for this truck... Probably soon. I imagine somebody will even offer a kit to replace the plastic panels on the hood. That said, the OEM stuff is cool, no doubt.

Looks great, we put the wheel arch extensions on this past weekend! Super simple!

I just my kit from Bearmach this week. Will be installing soon. Watch the powerfuluk video for tips to align them properly and removal of rear panel. It is just black plastic fake diamond plate just like the hood side pieces. They are not gloss but if u put on a protectant, they should polish up some.
