They are all 3D printed. Pretty decent I could say, and you don't have to remove a thing. Just stickers.
Now, one thing I need to mention: the tape they come with is utter crap. Take it down, and use 3M outdoor tape. I went even to carwash to test it ( touchless ) and they are rock solid.

I have to admit, that the prices went up since I bought mine. If I would have another DEF to put these on, I would buy a 3D printer and do it myself. At the end of the job I would have a "free" printer.
Anyways, look up ebay, and you may find it cheaper at times, and different vendors.

I am curious, why did you change? Mine just got scratched and it's easier than getting those painted panels repainted.

What did you use to remove the original panels? Did you have those orange prying tools that they showed in the video?

Some Defender models have flat black trim, the Checker body kit looks great and matches very well. Other trim levels have a gloss black trim and at least in my opinion the Checkering kit and wheel arches do not match as in this example.




my 90 X has gloss black trim like in this photo, so I didn’t want to go for this flat black/ glossy black combination look. I painted my Checkering kit as well as wheel arches gloss black to match my glossy Defender.

 

DefXBill - do you have photos of the finished plates on your Defender? Would love to see them if so.
