Default Clearsight camera loose in tail fin

My clearsight camera on the tailfin is a bit loose and slightly out of focus. Have had no luck finding videos of how to fix it. Has anyone worked on the tail fin? Short of taking in to the dealer - any tips or links that would be helpful?

This likely isn't the answer you are looking for. The Clear Sight RVM camera (#1 in the first photo) is in that tail fin. It appears to be connected with 2-3 bolts into the fin. These are likely loose.

The only way to get into that is to take the "Roof Pod" off and it is connected via two studs/bolts inside the vehicle. That means you're going to have to pull the roof liner. For that kind of PITA, I'd be looking at taking it to the Dealer. Regrets & good luck.

What caused it to get loose? Car wash maybe?

I'd guess poor quality of manufacture. I'm not sure from his description if the fin itself is loose (then the problem could be contributed by the rough handling of a car wash) or if it's the camera within the fin. For some crazy reason, I imagined it was the camera within the fin that was loose. That's definitely a manufacture issue as it would take a pencil poke to the camera eye to loosen it. Either the fin loose or the camera within the fin loose. Either way, I'm assuming (yeah, I know how to spell it) that he hasn't been overly rough with it so it likely wasn't torqued right, missing the loctite or other means to ensure things don't shake loose. There's a hundred questions I could ask to narrow it down. I just think with all the other gremlins in a highly complex vehicle that this one was missed.
