Default Considering 2020 Defender 110 CPO Purchase

I have a 2018 Discovery HSE (out of warranty) and am considering trading it in for a 2020 Defender 110 HSE.
The Defender is CPO and as I understand it, it would come with the balance of the original factory warranty + 1 additional year of CPO warranty with unlimited miles.
Some questions...
1. Am I understanding the warranty correctly?
2. Does the 2020 Defender have wireless charging, or was that not offered on 2020 models (it doesn't appear in the window sticker / online listing and I forgot to look when I visited the vehicle in person)?
3. The vehicle is fitted with 20" 6011 wheels with Michelin street tires. Have we ever settled the debate over whether off-road tires can be fitted to 6011's?
If so, are there any limitations? Was this a originally technical restriction, or a supply chain restriction, or an aesthetic restriction from the LR factory?
4. The specs show it has the advanced off road capability pack...what is this exactly...is it the addition of a 2nd locker + additional off road settings?
5. I know these are prone to picking up rock chips and windshields cracking as a result...not concerned about that. That said, do the Defenders have any issues with leaky windshields like the Discovery? I've had major issues with my Disco and the leaking windshield and am hoping this "feature" is unique to the Disco.
6. It has ~ 55K miles and I'm not sure what maintenance has been performed...is there anything major that I should request be done as part of the purchase?
How long to the brakes typically last...at 55k is this going to need a brake job soon and if so how much does that typically cost (I'm at 60k on my Disco and have not had to do a brake service yet)?
7. With 2020 being the first model year...are there any major gremlins that should have me looking elsewhere?
8. It's a CPO and my dealer is ~ 1.5 miles from my house. If I understand the warranty correctly, I'm not too concerned with issues that pop up as they should all be covered for the next 2 years...correct?
9. Lastly, the asking price is $54,797...does this seem like a fair deal? If not, what should I push for?
Here's the listing https://www.landroverhinsdale.com/in...97eu8l2020496/
Apologies for all the questions but thanks in advance for any feedback this forum can share.

Nice storm trooper. Looks to be in good shape.

4 comments on this Defender looking at the link.

- Shift lever that's cloudy and scuffed up, seems odd. I'd have them replace it
- From Carfax it appears it didn't have its first oil change until 23k miles. That's alot. I know the interval is 20K but... still.
- I would also ask to see/confirm if brakes (all 4) and rotors (all 4) have been replaced as part of CPO. Expensive if it's going to be on your dime.
- Confirm CPO is 1 year, or 2. I believe JLR dealers can pay more and have it be 2 years (and pass that increase in price along to you). Unsure though. You should check.

High level - I think the L663 Defender is hands down the best JLR product they've ever produced. Far more useful and durable than any RR, Sport, Discovery etc I've owned (and I've owned lots!). Hard to go wrong if one hasn't been wrecked, and is cosmetically in good shape.

Quick answers:

1) Yes, balance of factory warranty (get the inservice date) + CPO term when factory warranty ends is correct. However this one is out of factory warranty, so whatever CPO term is, is all you get.

2) 2020 had wireless charging as an option. Mine does. It's right behind the cupholder in the console, between the cupholder and the center flip up armrest. I think I see it in pics, but you should confirm with dealer. ALSO -- 2020's needed a wireless software/hardware update to charge a phone w/ MagSafe, be warned. Make sure they update that on THEIR dime not yours, bc CPO won't cover a TSB software update and it won't charge your iPhone if you have one with MagSafe (13 Pro or newer) ... super annoying.

3) You can fit offroad tires to those wheels no prob. I have KO2's on a diff wheel style (5098) but wheel is the same size. Others run Wildpeaks. or whatever. 20's have lots of good sizes in offroad tires.

4) You want this. I think it includes configurable terrain response, a standard "household plug" in the passenger rear corner of the trunk, but I'm NOT SURE if the locking diff was included. It was included on mine (locker + rear torque vectoring), but I think that was bc it's an X model and not because of the offroad pack. But you should check on rear locker. You'll see the icon on the 4x4i screen. No icon = no locker.

5) No windshield leaking issues on 110 defenders. Some 2021 90's had an A-pillar leak from factory but not the 110. Mine has been leak free here in the PNW.

6) See above. 1) Brakes. 2) ALSO make sure they update the "pivi pro" system to 4.0.0 or newer. 3) The wireless charging TSB. 4) Any other outstanding service actions. 5) I'd ask for the service history from JLR

7) Nope. I have a 2020 and the only annoying issues were software when I first got it. You're beyond that.

8) I think you're wrong, it's probably just 1 year CPO.

9) Price seems like what they are going for. Slightly better than market. My take - I like buying these when they're 1-2 years old, with 2 years of factory warranty plus CPO. The one you're looking at has no factory warranty but CPO warranty (at 55K miles it's out of factory warranty). It's also the cheapest 110 w/ the Inline 6 with CPO in the country, so maybe it is indeed a good deal. I see a # of other 110's, I6 motor, similar mileage for more money and non-CPO on Autotrader. BTW -- I like to negotiate accessories in instead of the price on the vehicle. So what might they have laying around the parts Dept that they would throw in if they won't budget on price. Roof rack. New rubber mats. Whatever.

Thanks for the comprehensive response…it’s very much appreciated!

One more question…the specs / window sticker on the listing show this

as an HSE with the following:

300WD - 14-way Htd/Cld Elec Mem Frt Seats w/ 4-way Man Hts

300NT - Ebony Windsor leather seats with Ebony interior

Heated & ventilated front seats were standard on the 2020 HSE…correct?

Also, the spec sheet lists ventilated seats (300WD)…correct?

When I looked at the vehicle in person, I pressed the rotary climate control to check the seats.

When I turned it right, the three heat marks lit up.

When I turned it left, no blue vent marks appeared.

What do you make of this?

Ahh, sad to say, if you turn left and no blue ticks/marks (like the heated marks to the right) -- it means no ventilated seats.

I don't think heated/cooled aka "climate" seats are actually standard on 2020 HSE.

The one year CPO comes with unlimited mileage coverage. You can pay more (I am thinking $1200 or $1500-not sure which) and extend to two years additional coverage but with a cap of 100,000 miles. I have done this in the past and paid the additional fee to get the two years CPO coverage.
