Incontrol randomly deleted my vehicles from my account and erased my email. I got this email this morning. Is anyone else having issues?

 

No issues with either of our LR's.

It wasn't at the beginning. My Incontrol account was logged into my vehicle but neither the app or web had my vehicle registered to my account. Customer service has to remap my vehicle back to my account. Vehicle is back to normal except now it won't register my Alexa (not really a deal breaker). CS said they have been getting a ton of calls about this issue the past few days for 2020+ models.
