Default Convinced when skipping software versions features aren’t updating

Went from 3.3.2 to 4.0.0.

3.3.3 is the one that was supposed to add the little line showing how far you could back up to still open tail door fully.

Kinda wanted this as I back into a driveway and it would be helpful to lmk how far I could go and still get the bloodhounds out.

2020 110 X

Anyone else?

(in some prior updates… There are some features I never got as well, when I noticed it skipped software versions)

I skipped 3.3.3 and have the line……I haven’t noticed anything missing or flawed.

Good to know. Rebooted Pivi on mine, still no door “clearance” line. Oh well.

Yeah, I’m a little confused also. Was running 3.3.2 up until last week. Got a notification of a Software Update. Hooray, I thought. 4.0.0. But when I went to prepare for the update, it said 3.3.3. Ok, I’ll go with that, figuring I need this before I can get to 4.0.0. Logged out of InControl, logged back in, locked and alarmed the Defender and figured I would see the new update the next time I started the vehicle. However, when I next checked my version it said up to date, 3.3.2, with no indication of what happened to 3.3.3. So, I guess I’m standing by for 4.0 or 3.3.3 or who knows what next. JLR for you.

I didn't get a line either. Would be nice - because I have realized the camera doesn't actually adjust for the wheel on the rear door.

My exact experience in the last week. Update appeared and disappeared and still waiting.

Yep yep yep. Same here. Jumped from 3.3.2 to 4.0 and have not noticed any new lines (discussed here in the forum) when backing up. The one thing I noticed changing was the camera icon on the right side of Pivi screen. The design slightly changed, but again not red new lines.
