Convinced when skipping software versions features aren’t updating

Yep yep yep. Same here. Jumped from 3.3.2 to 4.0 and have not noticed any new lines (discussed here in the forum) when backing up. The one thing I noticed changing was the camera icon on the right side of Pivi screen. The design slightly changed, but again not red new lines.

Weird.. I had the yellow and red lines for quite a while. I was on 3.3.2 and never received 3.3.3. Now I’m on 4.0 and am having a slightly different experience than others, such as I still have the weather app working and a lot of people reported it was gone for them after the update

From the get-go after purchase (last month, 2023 130 x-dynamic Sae) I’ve had both yellow and red reverse lines and P next to the camera button. Mind you, the software update section didn’t show what version I was on at first. It was just blank.
About a week after purchase I checked and it said I was on 3.3.2. There was no notification or anything about an update download or install. Been trying to coax a 4.0 update with no luck.
it’s all kind of funny with certain things varying between people and software versions. I believe some folks reporting the P on the camera icon being part of 4.0 but I have it? Who knows lol.
