I have to admit, I haven't been following the failure MY and mileage. However, it has me wondering if it is as @GavinC has said "sudden spike in failures", could it have been some side effect of an OTA? As in an update to software in some other corner, that has caused an increase load or something on the DC/DC converter? Just a random thought...

If you're in the US, then a 2020 is well outside the 4 year warranty unfortunately.

So no.

I think I purchased an extended warranty from my dealer before it expired. I just have to check if it is good for how many miles/years.
