Default Dealer Damaged Car During Service?

Hi all,
A week and a half ago I had my Defender serviced, some rattles looked at and bulletins addressed. This weekend I finally got to giving the interior a detail job and noticed the inside of the door compartment is knicked up... looks like a tool was stored in there?

I have pictures of the door interior about a week before the service and the marks are not there. I never keep anything in there and am very meticulous with the inside of my vehicle so I'm wondering what my options are here. Am I fighting an uphill battle getting this fixed? Would it be possible to repair that material without raising a fuss? I don't want to risk souring the relationship I have with my dealer - especially considering the vehicle was not purchased from them. Thanks for any advice!

Maybe take your before and after pictures to the dealer and ask them to source and install new door pieces?

It will help the service department train their technicians.

Enjoy !
