Hi all,
A week and a half ago I had my Defender serviced, some rattles looked at and bulletins addressed. This weekend I finally got to giving the interior a detail job and noticed the inside of the door compartment is knicked up... looks like a tool was stored in there?
I have pictures of the door interior about a week before the service and the marks are not there. I never keep anything in there and am very meticulous with the inside of my vehicle so I'm wondering what my options are here. Am I fighting an uphill battle getting this fixed? Would it be possible to repair that material without raising a fuss? I don't want to risk souring the relationship I have with my dealer - especially considering the vehicle was not purchased from them. Thanks for any advice!
