Decently substantial facelift for 26MY
Something else I noticed is that the country pack has been completely discontinued, and there is a new bonnet decal called the "Urban Bonnet Decal". I'm not sure if it replaces the ones with "90", "110" and "130" though; they are still on there, but it may be a mistake. Side steps are also marked with "26MY" now, which hints at bigger changes under the skin. Any ideas on what they could be?
I get time, all pop major changes on the wiki.

Side steps on the US & international websites say nothing about the 26MY. I doubt there are any changes, but they are always updating parts & accessories, so you won't know until you see it in person. There are no structural changes for the 26MY.
All of the accessory packs (Expedition, Country, Urban etc.) have all been discontinued in the US. The international website also removed the accessory packs.

Also, on this page there are NAS explorer, adventure and urban packs: https://accessories.landrover.com/gl...brand=Defender
That is quite substantial, but the price was increasing every year. I think this year base price increased by about $2k. More than I thought, but not as astronomical as some other brands that have raised prices significantly every year (cough cough Porsche).
This increase may be substantial in nominal terms, but it seems to be quite modest on an inflation-adjusted basis. My trusty AI tool tells me that the average new car increased in price by between 15% and 17% between 2021 and 2025.
I'm happy I bought my 25. I had the exact same build for a 2024, and the 3k increase was in the base price. The actual packages went up only small amounts. On my Audi Q7s - we've had 3 since 2018...and those prices rose more considerably. Granted, we got better discounts, but the price hikes were def. noticeable.

I too am VERY happy with my MY2025. I love it. Total 5 star winner and no issues. It drives very nicely. Nobody has mentioned it yet, but turns out my model configuration has been discontinued!? It was only available for a one year, and now I will have a "collector" trim! I matched the stronger P400 engine to the more comfortable 19" rim set ups (vs. the 20" rims). Nothing against a 20" rim, but the I tested out a P300 engine (with I think 19"s) and a P400 with 20"s, and just for my needs, I went for the better ride I got with more sidewall. I wasn't wowed by the P400 on 20"s, but love love love my 110 Defender on 19"s. My configuration was only available for 2025 because it had the bigger Pivi screen too - it's a great configuration I'll hopefully drive a decade, but to each his own & it's unfortunate that no new buyers can prioritize comfort over "dynamic," the way mine did... The design team in charge of Defender seems to have a pathological hatred for the common sidewall, but when you hit potholes at 35 mph they do come in handy. This is what made my configuration brilliant (for me at least). Of course I have air suspension, so no, air suspension can't offset a low profile tire. All else being equal on the Defender, and extra 1/2 inch between whatever you hit and a 5,000 lbs truck 9 inches from the ground, it's going to be of some benefit. As for JLR's aversion to a family oriented spec Defender trim, I suggest they get over themselves. The 200 Series LC was MSRP around $86k when it left the US a few years back, and that had an 18" rim. The 18" rims I see on Suburbans, Expeditions, and LCs is not for off roading; it's for passenger comfort for long trips. For those that want the big rims, great you go for it, but don't kid yourself - you lose ride quality for sure. Next time you see that family packed Suburban on 18"s, appreciate how that family would be bouncing around more if they had 21" rims instead... Low profile tires seem geared for sports cars, but on a family SUV? No way, not for me. I see cars with flats all the time on the highway. I couldn't be more happy with my decision to go for the P400 and a 19" rim - it was a great balance!! And who knew I had the rare diamond of a configuration!! I have the GY Wrangler OEMs, and they have been fine. (KO3s - an LT not P - are going to fit my 19"s soon; that will change things). I added all tech they sell (both 4x4 packages), upgraded leather seats, and made it as comfortable ride as I can get it. I think ditching the best rim on 18"s a few years back, and now trying to get folks away from the still comfy 19" and on to mediocre 20"s and highly suspect 21"s, it's just moving to a different buying population. The low profile Defender trims seem to needlessly reduce ride quality for passengers, and also may negatively impact towing. An unloaded 21" rim Defender is one thing, but you put 5 people and tow, and it's just off, to me at least. I see the fake videos of pretend auto experts praising silly things like the RR Sport going "off road," but it's usually on a man-made artificial course that is manicured ahead of time. The real world is much more mundane: run that low profile truck over some broken glass in a parking lot and see how that goes. anyone seen any videos demonstrating test runs that show low profile tires take the basic, run of the mill road potholes at 40 mph better than a tire with a sidewall? Getting a flat tire from something like a deep pothole or a chipped granite curb is a rather ignominious defeat to a $100k Defender, and it seemed silly for me to burden the tire that way... my family oriented Defender has the safer 19"s.

Let me know if there is anything you think I should add or revise: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_R...663)#Revisions
I have a friend in the UK with a Diesel 90 and to say he has a lead foot would be a huge understatement. The 90 is solid at all speeds on all surfaces - same as my 110
