Hi All - I'm new to the board. I take delivery of my Defender (X-Dynamic HSE) in April and cannot wait. The dealership told me that the Comfort & Convenience Pack would significantly delay deliver so I proceeded with finalizing my build without the pack. I'm fine not having the refrigerated console as I usually store stuff there anyway but I'm a little concerned I'll miss not having Premium Cabin Lighting. Does anyone know if the only difference between the normal cabin lighting and Premium Cabin Lighting is the ability the change and customize light color? Or, are there more lights (specifically under the dash console in front of the front passenger seat). Any pictures of a Defender without Premium Cabin Lighting at night would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

 

I have a build scheduled to start 2/12 that includes the Convenience Pack. I called my dealer in Dallas this morning to see if my build date is in jeopardy. They were not aware of any delays related to the Convenience Pack and said my build date had not changed since we submitted a few weeks back. I'm going to check w/ them each week. Hoping my 4/12 delivery date does not slip.

 

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sure you are fine. I did not order until mid-Dec. Perhaps the issue didn't pop up until then...or maybe I'm being provided inaccurate info.
