Just got the car back from LR. Had a few more things done to it:
- Side trim fixed after the roundabout incident. $900 AUD :0
- Right headlight DRL fixed. Went out about a week ago. Thought they would’ve ironed out that issue by MY25. Good thing they just keep the part in stock now.
- Dual raised air intakes fitted. Looks mad. Exterior photos coming soon. Also makes insane intake whistle accelerating while driving. It’s hard to hear in the video.

You have GOT to be kidding me that these DRL’s are still burning out on 2025 models. I hope they fixed it with the 2026 redesign lamp. Sheesh.

Yeah but it’s strange it would work when the car is parked but not in motion. So I dunno what that’s about

@jwest Big update on this topic. I reached out to JLR and received the following:

Good catch. There was a back-end problem with your VIN (there might be others too, we're looking) causing the back-end system to not Push Campaigns to your vehicle. The engineers in the UK are in the process of fixing the issue and you should start seeing campaigns (software updates) in the next week or two.

@PNW Rover thanks for your message as well. It prompted me to reach out to JLR to inspect this.

Just got the update 4.3.3. Car is driving fine. I’m just a bit confused as to when this update exactly came out, as V8’s started to have the issue around January, yet apparently it released in July 2025.

You can see in the response that I got from JLR:

there might be others too, we're looking
My VIN issue may have inadvertently unblocked a software campaign release bug, and now the floodgates have opened! I take payments in the form of Tim Horton's coffee, LOL!

I just got the 4.3.3 update tonight - I imagine it will be rolling upgrades to get us to the latest rev. GIDDY UP
